My name’s Brooke Charlesworth, and I’m a solution-focused clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist.

Solution-focused hypnotherapy (SFH) is exactly that – solution-focused – unleashing the resources you already have inside yourself with the help of hypnosis. So, you can feel better and become the best version of yourself without having to revisit the past or relive traumatic events.

I’m proud to have qualified with the UK-leading Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) school and hold two diplomas in SFH, including the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD). This is the only national, industry-recognised professional award, and just one in four hypnotherapists nationwide have it.

While I’ll eventually be offering in-person hypnotherapy in Worthing, I’m currently delivering sessions purely online – perfect for clients with social anxiety or travel anxiety, or anyone who finds it challenging to attend physically.
